Welcome to Jade Palace. We designed this site so that our customers could get to know the history and traditions that our family has passed on through three generations and show them how we are sharing these with Scottsdale, Arizona.

First, you need to meet the owners, the Lei Mei Brothers; Devlan, Leon and Andy. The Lei Mei brothers are co-owners of the Jade Restaurants that are nestled into three locations on: Shea, Hayden and Pinnacle Peak. The passion for owning and running a restaurant was born in the Lei Mei brothers, it is a family tradition that has been passed down through three generation of Mei's. This tradition started with their grandfather who opened his first restaurant in Hong Kong, he then moved to the states where he opened in New York, New Jersey and then Scottsdale where he opened three locations beginning in 1997. While there have been many different locations through the generations, one thing has remained consistent throughout....the recipes; they have remained the same in all locations spanning the globe.
